We hope you will be happy with everything you have bought from us online, but if you need to return your order or part of your order, we are happy to help. 
 
 
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
 
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you just need to communicate this to us within 14 days of receiving the Products. The easiest way to do this is to contact us by email at [email protected] or by using our contact us form. 

We will offer the most suitable advice relating to your cancellation and will organise either an exchange or refund at your request.
 
 
MY ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
 
If you have a problem with your order please contact us by email at [email protected] or by using our contact us form. 

We will reply with instructions on how to return your item or whether we need you to email a photo of the product. 
 
La Mac will accept items that have a genuine manufacturing fault that are brought to our attention in a timely manner. 
 
La Mac cannot be held accountable for damages that result from misuse of the product. 
 
 
HOW DO I POST THE ORDER BACK TO YOU?
 
We will advise where to return the product whilst in communication with you.

You must send off the Products within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel the order.
 
We will pay the costs of your returns if you return in accordance with our instructions (up to the value of La Mac Standard Postage only). If you fail to do so then you will be responsible for the cost (or extra costs) of returning Products to us. 
 
Items can only be returned if they are unused and in the original packaging. They cannot be returned after 14 days.

Any items which were received as part of your order as a promotion (free gifts etc.) must be returned with the order before a refund can be given against your order.
 
 
REFUNDS
 
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 working days of us receiving the returned goods.

CAN I EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
 
We're more than happy to offer an exchange at your request. Simply advise us of the details when you Contact Us.
 
Please note if you choose an item of a higher value or an item that requires an alternative delivery method, extra charges will apply.


RETURN EXEMPTIONS
 
We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery.
 
La Mac cannot be held accountable for damages that result from misuse of the product. 
 
Most jewellery, whether it is fashion, costume or fine jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. For additional jewellery care try to apply make-up and perfume before putting on jewellery, keep jewellery away from direct sunlight and remove jewellery when cleaning, washing or swimming. We are unable to refund you for goods that have discoloured.
 
 
DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
 
We'll refund your delivery charge (up to the value of La Mac Standard Postage only) if you return all of the items from the order and cancel your contract with us within 14 days for any countries within the EEA.
 
You can cancel your contract by using our Contact Us form. 
 
If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery.
