WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer a variety of delivery options including standard, second class & first class. When you check out you'll be able to choose from the delivery options available for your area.
- UK Mainland Standard Delivery - within 3-5 working days - prices start from £1
- UK Mainland Royal Mail First Class - within 1-2 working days - prices start from £2
- Online Exclusive & Handbag Orders - within 5 working days - prices start from £3.95
- BFPO & HM Forces Addresses - within 10-20 working days - prices start from £3.50
We also offer a free collection option for local customers but this is strictly by prior arrangement only. Please contact us to arrange if you require this option.
Please note we only deliver to UK mainland or BFPO addresses. At present, International delivery is not available.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders are dispatched the same day if payment is received by 12 noon, Monday-Friday.
Online Exclusive Orders will be dispatched the next working day if payment is received by 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Please note Online Exclusive Products are shipped directly from the designer.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible (depending on the delivery service you have selected).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If applicable to your delivery method, you will receive a tracking link/reference number in your dispatch email.
If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery times above we're here to help so please contact us. Please note in line with Royal Mail's terms and conditions, an item will not be classed as lost or be eligible for refund or replacement until 10 working days after the expected due date.
WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our couriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please see our terms and conditions (clause 11) for full details.

So we can help you, please include your order number if you have one and the details of the items you have ordered.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORK ADDRESS?
We can deliver to your home, workplace or any other UK mainland address.
When you have chosen the products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, simply enter the correct delivery address at the checkout when prompted.
